TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Interest free installment of total sale price including club membership, H.T., L.T. and Transformer charges, Advance maintenance charges and other facilities shall be payable as follows.

(GRACE PERIOD 10 DAYS)


  2. Non payment of two continuous installments as per payment schedule shall be liable for cancellation.
  3. Interest on delayed payment will be charged @ 18% per annum for the due date without grace period. Chargeability of interest dose not affect the right of cancellation of the booking by the promoters.
  4. Following charges shall be extra.
    H.T., L.T. and Transformer Charges Rs. 15000.00
    Club membership Fee Rs. 21000.00
    Advance Society Membership Rs. 10000.00
    One car parking compulsory at extra cost Rs.
  5. Registration charges, service tax or any other govt. levy shall be extra as applicable at the time of taking final possession of the flat.
  6. Built up area of the flat is 20% less then super built up area.
  7. Area is charged approx only. Final area shall be charged at the time of possession.
  8. Monthly maintenance charges shall be applicable
  9. Modification / changes in design, plan, specification, and amenities if required, shall be at the sole discretion of the promoters.
  10. Right of acceptance / rejection of application is reserved with the promoters.
